L&M Auto Repair is looking for a strong B+ or A-Level Technician who wants to continue growing their skills, make great money, and work alongside some very talented technicians.

We've been serving Wichita since 1967 and have built a reputation for doing things the right way. Our car count is high, our retention is strong, and we stay busy year-round.

This is not a dead shop with empty bays and empty promises.

Pay

$28–$35+/HR depending on experience, skill level, and productivity.

Flag Hour, plus tiered structure for ballers.

Our pay structure rewards strong performers and gives technicians the opportunity to make very good money consistently.

What You'll Do

Diagnose and repair vehicles efficiently and accurately

Handle mechanical repairs, maintenance, and light-to-medium diagnostics

Perform thorough inspections and communicate clearly with advisors

Continue developing electrical and drivability diagnostic skills

Work alongside experienced Master Technicians in a fast-paced environment

Help maintain a productive, positive shop culture

What We're Looking For

B+ or A-Level technician experience in a professional shop

Strong mechanical skills

A desire to learn advanced diagnostics and electrical troubleshooting

Solid work ethic and sense of urgency

Team player with a good attitude

Punctual and dependable

Valid driver's license with insurable driving record

Your own professional tools ready to go
